- 2 lbs Orelda Southern Style Hash Browns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup Orelda chopped onions
- 1 stick melted butter!
- 1 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
- Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup, onion, and butter together. Put in 9 X 13-inch casserole.
- Mix crumbs and butter and pour over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12. (or 5 girl portions and 3 boy portions)
