Ingredients
  

  • 1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 box lemon jello (small) dissolve in 1 cup hot water and cool
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 4 whole eggs

Glaze Icing

  • 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 tsp lemon juice (real!)

Instructions
 

  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes in 9 x 13 prepared pan. Pierce cake while hot, pour glaze icing over hot cake.
