Instructions
  1. Sift and measure flour. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Melt chocolate and butter in separate pan. Mix with milk and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into well greased 8 x 8 pan.
Cake topping
  1. Mix together: cocoa, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the cake batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350° F for one hour. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.
